Thomas S. Ricci | Executive
Vice President of Development who
has over 20 years of construction
and project management experience. Mr. Ricci was responsible for the
coordination of environmental, regulatory and permits processing for
the 1,000 acre Playa Vista development in Playa Vista, CA and most
recently the 2-million square foot, 46 acre mixed-use Campus El Segundo
development in El Segundo, CA.
John R. Sischo | Executive
Vice President of Acquisitions who has executed
more than $2 billion in real estate transactions
including both private and capital market investments. Mr. Sischo was
also responsible for creating TPG’s
role as the top producing fund manager for
the California State Teacher’s
Retirement System (“CalSTRS”).
Randall L. Scott | Executive
Vice President of Asset Management
who, for the past eight years, has directed asset management operations
nationally and development activity on the East Coast for TPG. Mr.
Scott co-manages our relationship with CalSTRS as well. Prior to the
formation of TPG, Mr. Scott was with Maguire Thomas Partners from 1986
to August 1996. As a senior executive at Maguire Thomas Partners, Mr.
Scott worked on several large scale development projects, including
One Commerce Square in Philadelphia and The Gas Company Tower in Los
Angeles.
Diana M.
Laing | Chief
Financial Officer and Secretary
who joined TPG in May 2004. Ms. Laing
is responsible for financial reporting,
capital markets transactions and
investor relations. Prior to becoming
a member of our senior management
team, Ms. Laing served as Chief Financial
Officer for many large public REIT’s and other prestigious
real estate companies including Triple
Net Properties, LLC; New Pacific
Realty Corporation; Firstsource
Corp.; Arden Realty, Inc; and
Southwest Property Trust, Inc. |
