Six low and mid-rise office buildings ranging from 150,000 to 250,000 square feet. Landscaped plazas and courtyards encourage informal business gatherings for idea sharing and team building while extensive health and fitness facilities, racquetball, volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, a lap pool, and on-site child care encourage wellbeing.

Playa Vista · Los Angeles, CA • Master planned mixed-use community
A mixed-use development consisting of office, commercial and residential (3000 plus upscale units), including “The Campus at Playa Vista” (entertainment, new media and technology complex) with parks and recreation amenities all set next to a restored wetland and wildlife preserve.

A milestone in sustainable development, the building was based on leading edge green design and engineering principles that conserve energy and natural resources. Cal EPA is the only high-rise in the world to receive a platinum LEED rating, a building standard developed by the United States Green Building Council; one of the most highly coveted ratings a building can receive. There are only a handful of platinum certified buildings in existence.
