Campus El Segundo is currently planned to be built out in three phases throughout the 26.5 acre campus. A total of eight office buildings; three parking garages; and a hotel, fitness and conference center are slated to be constructed. The City of El Segundo has placed two state-of-the-art soccer fields adjacent to the complex and is scheduled to build a future fire station there as well.
